OPERATIONS OF DEALERSHIP WITH TELEMART
The generated orders at our established Call-Centre are segregated according to the respective dealer depending upon the location of the customer. These orders are further forwarded to the dealers on their Dealer-Id, receiving which the dealer can call up the customer to deliver the order to him. The sale closes after collecting the payment from the customer henceforth. Dealer here is a very important bridge between Telemart and the customers to have the products delivered on time and to fill in the communication gap between Telemart and Customers. All that dealer needs to do is to maintain the proper inventory of goods as well as to ensure the timely payments so as to avoid the outstanding dues to Telemart.
ELIGIBILITY OF GETTING DEALERSHIP
• Tele Mart appoints dealer / distributor in its territory, analyzing the region in terms of size and number of orders, on the basis of which the investment is decided.
• Person opting to become a dealer is expected to invest the particular amount determined by Telemart. A dealer needs to hold good geographical knowledge of the region for which the dealership is applied for and should not be possessing any dealership with other home shopping companies at that time or during the dealership term with Telemart.
• The decided area should be having a maximum of 200 km radius with 3-4 delivery boys, so as to ensure the proper functioning without any delivery problems.
• To become a dealer, an initial security deposit has to be submitted to the company and signing the Memorandum of Understanding. Then an investment is made by placing order for the goods after making an advance payment and at least 15 days of inventory is to be maintained at any given time.
